Me being one of them. Just letting you know, the parking lot.... Cities fault, not ours and might I add I have a huge truck because I'm from farm land and my huge diseal truck can fit perfectly fine in the parking spots....its called stupid people that don't now how to park a car that complain. And we do have a drop off zone. The seats are like that so people can adjust them to whatever they want. I'm sorry if it didn't meet your standards but they are comfortable and they can't have locks because how would they unlock? For the slowness I could see it taking an hour on a tuesday, friday or saturday. But in line for an hour? That's a lie. We do work our asses off there but you guys don't seem to realize it. You've all gone into this...me,me,me world and don't care about anyone else. Our workers are so nice to our guest so there is no reason of why you should be putting us down. Were one of the top ranked theatres in our district since we've opened and maintained to keep it that way. But may I remind you, the people behind the counters are doing their job and have to deal with thousands of people each day. You guests seem to think that your the only person alive and you get mad when you have to wait in line. But just remember that your not the only one, some people have been waiting long as well and they complain. So don't say that were a bad place. Cause we really are not.
